Ya Rab Is Soe Hoe Insan Ko Jaga De,
Bistar Hai Is Ka Narm Tu Pathar Ka Bana De,
Khatmalon Or Macharon Ki Duty Is Par Laga De,
Jis Ki Hawa Se Wo Madhosh Hai Us Pankhay Ko Tu Jala De,
Or Kuch Nahi To Bas Esay Aek Saza De,
Khowab Mai Esay Koi Is K Jesa Bhoot Dikha De..

I Think Of You and miss You all the time

Monday, April 19th, 2010

When I Open My Eyes
To See The Sun Rise
I Think Of You.

When I Hear A Robin Sing
On The First Day Of Spring
I Think Of You.

When I See A Red Rose
On The Bush Where It Grows
I Think Of You.

When I Feel The Summer Heat
On The Sand Beneath My Feet
I Think Of You.

When I Sit On A Beach
Another World Just Out Of Reach
I Think Of You.

When I See The Colored Leaves
Fall To The Ground From A Light Breeze
I Think Of You.

When I Look To The Night Sky
And See The Sparkle Like In Your Eyes
I Think Of You.

When The Snow Is Coming Down
To Softly Blanket The Ground
I Think Of You.

When I Go To Bed At Night
As I Turn Out The Light
I Think Of You.

When I’m Old And Near Death
And I Draw My Last Breath
I’ll Think Of You. . .

friend is rare

Friday, May 16th, 2008

A special friend is rare indeed,
It seems to be a special breed,
Yes! perfect friends are very few,
So lucky I am for having you.

kisses of water

Friday, May 16th, 2008

If kisses were water,
I will give you the sea,
If hugs were leaves,
I will give you a tree,
If you love a planet,
I will give you a galaxy,
If friendship is life,
I will give you mine.

friendly smiles

Saturday, April 26th, 2008

Forget about the days when its been cloudy,
but don’t forget your hours in the sun.

Forget about the times you’ve been defeated,
but don’t forget the victories you’ve won.

Forget about mistakes that you can’t change now,
but don’t forget the lessons that you’ve learned.

Forget about misfortunes you encounter,
but don’t forget the times your luck has turned.

Forget about the days when you’ve been lonely,
but don’t forget the friendly smiles you’ve seen.

Forget about the plans
that didn’t seem to work out right,

but,
Do not forget that you have friends,
that you can always count on.

friends of old and friends of new

Thursday, April 3rd, 2008

To friends of old and friends of new,
who help turn skies of gray to blue.
Many go and come throughout my life,
bring smiles mid heartache and strife.

Friends give me hope and fortitude,
bring comfort within my solitude.
They can see what lies past my pain,
make sure that I will smile again.

As friendship is tested some will fade,
but others forever my heart invade.
They will not waiver nor say goodbye,
love and respect me but never lie.

So whenever you meet someone new,
give a warm smile say how do you do.
Thats all it takes to make a new friend,
friend forever till days on earth end.

sort of friend

Wednesday, February 20th, 2008

I’d like to be the sort of friend that
you have been to me;
I’d like to be the help that
you’ve been always glad to be;

I’d like to mean as much to you
each minute of the day
As you have meant, old friend of mine,
to me along the way.

I’d like to do the big things and
the splendid things for you,
To brush the gray from out your skies
and leave them only blue;

I’d like to say the kindly things that
I so oft have heard,
And feel that I could rouse your soul
the way that mine you’ve stirred.

I’d like to give you back the joy
that you have given me,
Yet that were wishing you a need
I hope will never be;
I’d like to make you feel as rich as I,
who travel on
Undaunted in the darkest hours with you to
lean upon.

I’m wishing at this time that I
could but repay
A portion of the gladness that
you’ve strewn along my way;

And could I have one wish this year,
this only would it be:
I’d like to be the sort of friend
that you have been to me.
